KOSUKE - ALHAMBRA, CA

I'm personally not a big fan of this place but some of my friends highly recommend it. Their noodles are the yellow curly type which I do not like. I prefer more white and straight ones. Their broth is ok, but their egg is just a regular egg and not soft boiled like it should be. I do like their takoyaki tho, and their fried chicken isn't bad. But since this is a ramen place I'm doing my rating based on the ramen, which is just average.
