So my friend is visiting from Hong Kong. So of course I have to take her around. I brought her to see the Urban Lights exhibit in front of LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art, which was the first thing I saw when I first visited LA (and now I live here, woo). It was a really hot day and we couldn't find parking. Apparently a lot of the street parking was "No Parking on Tuesday", just so happen to be the day we went, just our luck... So then we stpped by the Grove first, which is only around 5 minutes away. On our way we found a lot of street parking on Fairfax Avenue! So when we returned we parked there and just walked to Urban Lights.
We chose to not go inside because we had a limited amount of time, and we do not know how to appreciate art that much haha. But the Urban Lights is definitely a must-go for all visitors of LA.
