The first time I tired Pablo was in Osaka. There was such a big craze about this big molten cheese tart shop then, they said it's one of the must-eat cheese tart of your life. Soon after, they also opened a location in Seoul, but it was never as popular as the one in Japan. Now they have locations all over Asia. For my visit in Tokyo, I decided to visit the one in Omotesando, which is actually located right next to Harajuku.

The cafe is big, but yet, there are a lot of people waiting on line. You are able to get take-out on the first floor without any wait, but if you wanted to sit down and try their special menu you have to wait on line. There was a wait even when it was a weekday afternoon, I think we waited around 30-40 minutes before we were seated. Tedious but worth it.

Since I tried the original flavor a few times, I thought I would be adventurous and try their special flavor. I was especially excited because there is an exclusive flavor, Camembert Quattro Formaggi, only for the Omotesando location. We also tried the Cinnapple (Cinnamon and apple) flavor plus their drinks. For a cheese tart specialized cafe, I think Pablo does really good on their drinks. They were so delicious. I would go there for drinks only for sure.

Honestly, the Quattro Formaggi wasn't my type of cheese tart, it had too much going on and I prefer the original a lot more, but it was worth a try. And because it's exclusive! The Cinnapple was very good, the flavor was well balanced and the apple slices compliments the cheese tart very well. I loved how they have ice cream and syrup on the side. The cheese tarts come out hot, so it was a good hot and cold combination.

Overall, I love Pablo and I will make sure to make a visit every time I visit Japan! Molten cheese tart all day every day!
