SLURPIN' RAMEN BAR - CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA

Like the name, the interior includes of high tables and high chair. We visited on a Sunday night and only waited around 3 minutes for a table. It was full house, but people finish their ramen quickly and leave.

For the price of $10 you can get either cha siu, fatty pork or chicken ramen. That is pretty good, but there are no toppings at all besides the meat and scallion. I had to get the egg because that is very important to every bowl of ramen. The egg came as a whole and not already cut in half, which I do not really like. The yolk was soft-boiled like it should be, but the egg itself is not so flavorful. I think the egg could've been marinated a little bit longer.

The broth was heavenly and not too oily! I love it and could've drank the whole bowl! The noodles was just right. Overall, I had a good experience here and would totally come back!

Tip: You get 2 $.50 topping if you check in on Yelp! Or you can choose a $1 topping, I recommend the egg.
