CAFE D.ER - ARTESIA, CA

Cafe D.er is the only cafe in LA (or that I know of) that sells Japanese soufflé pancakes! You might've seen those videos where the pancakes jiggles and it really does! Got the earl grey and I regretted a bit. It was lacking in flavor, the earl grey taste was not that strong and it really relied on the tiramisu cream to bring it flavor. But there wasn't even enough tiramisu cream for THREE fluffy pancakes! Should’ve gotten the matcha or chocolate instead because that also had the molten center. But I guess that's another reason for me go back again!

Be patient as the pancakes will take up to 30 min. It took 25 minutes for mine from the time I ordered.

They had really cute drinks too! The best things in life are sweet, like their pink drink! It's actually a icy lemonade with gradient pink/purple colors. And their decor is bomb. Super instagrammable pink walls and the cute neon sign for your gram. We all need some pink in our life.
