SHIN SEN GUMI HAKATA RAMEN - ROSEMEAD, CA

When we arrived a little before 7 there was about 15 names ahead of us. We expected the wait so we had boba at the new place next to it (which sucked btw). I been to the location in Little Tokyo and there was a wait as well, but at least I felt that it was worth it. However in this location at Rosemead, I think I wasted my time. The broth was just ok, the noodles were just OK, and their egg is not soft boiled. There's nothing in this place that would make me wanna come back. I wonder how a chain restaurant can be so different from one another. I suggest going to another ramen place or even go to the view place next to here than to waste your name and appetite here. They were really friendly and service was good so I decided to give them 3 stars. But on the ramen, it's just really average.
